The benefits of cardio are undeniable. Go out for a jog or sprint at any of the running routes throughout the state. Some of the most scenic trails include Kitty Dill Memorial Parkway, where the bikeway and urban trail combined form a 3.75-mile loop. Located in West Point, the parkway is surrounded by hardwood trees and landscaped grounds.
Others include the Magnolia Trail, located south of Natchez, spans three miles. Enjoy breathtaking views of the Loess bluffs and the Mississippi and Homochitto rivers as you go jogging.
